Noreen Samra manages the Palix Foundation's financial and administrative resources, and ensures that the organization meets its statutory, regulatory, and governance obligations. Prior to joining the Foundation, Noreen gained international development not-for-profit experience working for the Centre for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technology, as well as accounting, auditing and taxation expertise with Ernst & Young LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.
