Serena Jenkins PhD

Dr. Serena Jenkins is a Senior Scientific Associate with the Palix Foundation. She holds a PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of Lethbridge, where she examined the impacts of positive and negative preconception maternal experiences using rodent models. Serena is also a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Calgary and project manager for ACEs hub, a knowledge platform that catalogues research conducted on adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) since 1998. Serena enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
